Rude and abrupt attitude. Quoted £1100 and charged £1550 as floors were uneven and it would take longer. Halfway through told us his quote doesn’t include materials and wanted another £250 Failed to finish our WC properly and didn’t tell us after a leak in the WC we need to remove the toilet and a plumber needed. Laid flooring around the toilet and the flooring under toilet is now sweating and leaking. He is demanding £350 to rectify! Collected £515 in cash left out and is saying he collected £200 and we miscounted. And asking for another £315 or will take us to court.

My husband has always done all the DIY in our house to a high standard, so you could say a bit picky. We found Marcin was extremely efficient in his work. Also, Marcin completed a fantastic job on our flooring, my husband admired his workmanship. The job was done to a high standard and this was a difficult job in an old house. The flooring job was completed in a timely fashion and Marcin was personable and very considerate, always cleaning up at the end of each working day. We will be hiring Marcin again very soon for further flooring in the kitchen. The recommendation for Marcin is high.

An excellent company to work with. Very accommodating, punctual and tidy - and did a fabulous job! We needed to lay some Amtico tiles in our downstairs WC to match the rest of the hallway. Marcin quickly arranged a quote and managed to fit us in within a short space of time. Although a tricky little job, Marcin paid great attention to detail and left us with a fantastic result.
