First fix door frame The door frame was fitted incorrectly. This is a red flag. An experienced joiner would centre a frame so it can be plastered to. He has fitted one side flush with the wall. I have asked three times for him to correct it. The first time I rescheduled. I waited two hours one evening last week only to call for him to allege personal reasons . Surely he could ring to reschedule. I’ve called twice today . He alleged today . At 5pm he alleged circa 6pm only to say he could not make it. I’ve asked for my money back if he can’t repair his work. No reply to that .. Unprofessional . Unreliable. Poor communication Poor workmanship . I don’t think he knows what he is doing.

After explaining the job, he contacted the tenant, made the appointment, reviewed photos and then attended to carry out repairs. I was kept informed throughout and have every confidence in Michael and was happy with the work.
