Mitchell turned when he said, wearing the right ppe including shoe covers, serviced and maintained our ideal combi boiler. On a separate occasion we had to call him out as the boiler just stopped, he came and was not too sure what the issue was and gave us details of someone else and did not charge us for the nearly two hours he spent here trying to help us. He knows his capabilities and is greatly acknowledged as a respected professional gas engineer. He's always our first port of call.
