Turned up on time. Did the job very efficiently. Gave some great advice and all round excellent, so pleased am using him again for another job.
The tiling is poor with cracked and chipped tiles having been fitted.Some areas of grouting have been completely missed, resulting in gaps in the grout. Furthermore the grouting is messy in some areas and in the corners so spacing has been allowed for the grout so the grout sits on the front surface of the tiles and is cracking and coming away. The silicone is lumpy and not smooth. There have also been other issues with the job. I withheld a small some of money to cover the defects however the trades men is refusing to come back to rectify the errors
