Toilet not flushing I’ve never been so disappointed in a service. This guy took £65 off of me and never finished the job. Tried to overcharge me for a part which cost £20 and he tried to charge me £80. Then when I sent him the link to the part I was going to order to see if it was the right one he said it was but according to the plumber I just had in it totally wasn’t the right part. So I’ve had to pay for another plumber to finish the job. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Complete rip off merchants.

Not getting hot water into kitchen The plumber came for about 20/25 minutes turned a few stop cocks then said I was needing a new tap for my kitchen. Turned the stopcock again to check if water was on,asked for £60 call out fee said he would get back to me when he ordered new tap. A few days later had no water hot and eventually cold,no toilet facilities,and then said he had symptoms of covid and could not come out to fix it.

Heatrae Sadia had leaking pipe Mark was very prompt and did a good job. I would not hesitate to use his services again. He was also reasonably priced.

L2 fault code Amazing service from Mark, came the very next day, and although a part had to be ordered he was back the second day and problem was fixed as soon as possible. Would highly recommend, thank you
