Keenan was extremely polite and professional. He gave me three quotes based on different levels of work and once we had agreed he went above and beyond to complete the work. We had him and his partner sort out a flat roof and do some electrical bits. The work was of good quality and he worked late to get the job done and communicated clearly and offered a good price for the work. I would highly recommend Monarch Construction Division Ltd. We will definitley get them back to do more work when it comes up.
We engaged Keenan to install a wired, insulated permanent workshop / summer room in our garden. Keenan and his team overcame the challenges of working on a slope and wrapping the design around established tree without any issues taking it all in their stride. The building is waterproofed, wired and internally boarded with the highest level of workmanship and attention to detail. On top of all of this they are a genuinely nice bunch to work with, communication was excellent and cost on budget (additional cost of bacon rolls provided on Saturdays not included … ) Highly recommend this trader and will continue to work with them on future projects round the property.
So pleased with our new kitchen, Keenan and his team were very professional and punctual. Would highly recommend.
