"A good experience all the way. Started with a phone call to the national office, who carefully listened to what I needed and asked relevant questions. Next contact was from Lewis locally who arranged to drop in and look at the job. Sorted out a few details and got an on-the-spot quote. Communication from there on was via WhatsApp which was fine for me. A time slot came up before the agreed installation date - even better. The installers turned up on time, efficiently fitted the ladder and demonstrated how to use it. All in all a very simple process from start to finish, no surprises"
