"Good selection of carpets, good sales knowledge when in showroom and fitting date was scheduled quite quickly, which suited us fine, slight communication breakdown with exact time of visit, but once the fitter arrived, he worked his socks off, and did a real professional job, would definitely recommend."

Work done to a high standard.
A visible crease in the carpet . Mike came out and actually showed me how to hoover a carpet , said it would smooth the crease out . Unsurprisingly it didn’t . THEN once again I had an awful experience with him as I had 3 more incidents with flooring . Mike is all smiles and nice when he’s getting your money , but should you make a complaint he turns very nasty . I felt threatened by his manner telling me he will turn up with the rep to sort this out , at one point He put the phone down mid conversation . The cushion floor is still a mess . He can’t take criticism… AVOID this awful man
