"Mark and Carl were fantastic project leads and helped reassure us at various stages. We encountered challenges i.E. Kitchen items delivered were wrong but Matt and Carl resolved these issues promptly. Kitchen provided by separate company. One thing that impressed me was they answered their phones when needed and dealt with any challenges effectively. This may sound trivial but with previous work, builders and other professions would not answer or get back to you. Final result was quality flooring throughout, all doors and carpentry completed and high quality kitchen. Highly recommend"
