The job was meant to take three days but wasn't finished after eight. The ceiling is uneven, stains are still visible, and the bathroom floor tiling is a disaster. Mike used cardboard as a base instead of proper materials, causing tiles to move when stepped on. Grouting was shoddy, and one tile even shows the manufacturer’s text. He left grout and adhesive smeared on walls and refuses to return to fix the issues. Mike may be a painter, but he’s not qualified for tiling or other specialist work. He refuses to return to fix.
