The team from Watkins did an outstanding job rebuilding and renovating the bathrooms and kitchen of our late Georgian early Victorian Grade 2 listed home. The demanding work was finished to an excellent standard. We could not be happier with it, and only regret not posting a review sooner.
1. The posts are wobbly and the gate is not fitted properly. This is causing damage to the gate and posts. The lock and handle have not been fitted at all. The gate is unusable 2. Mark quoted £600 for the utility room having inspected it. Ceiling and wall cracks were not filled properly, just painted over. When I asked Mark to fix this, he requested an additional payment of £350. I felt forced to pay to get the job done, which I did. Mark then called another decorator to fix this, however the cracks are still very visible.
Charlie and his team have done an amazing job on our property. They kept us well informed at every step and overcame the tricky quirks of our property with great solutions that have left us with a better finish than we could of imagined. High quality finish throughout our flat and everyone we met was professional and lovely to deal with. I can not recommend them enough!
