We are a family run business, putting the customer at the for forefront of our process. Whether you are taking a project on for the first time or this is one of many projects you are about to undertake, we aim to keep our approach flexible and transparent, as we know each home is unique. What works can we undertake? Here at my Extension Ltd, not only can we take on large projects, we can also offer small works packages. These include bathroom and kitchen refurbishments, landscaping and how to maximise space in your home. How does the process work? Once you have met with our experienced Design Consultant, you will receive a comprehensive quotation which you will then be able to discuss with our team to answer any questions or concerns you may have. We encourage you to speak or even visit our previous projects to hear first hand what the whole experience of working with My Extension is like. When you have made the decision to become a customer with us, we will provide you with a full schedule of works, this will include timelines on your architectural plans, structural calculations, planning, and then all build stages right the way through to completion. Throughout the build you will receive weekly meetings with your project manager onsite so you are always in the know on the creation of your dream home. We do not sub contract out our work force and value each team member, you will have one dedicated team on your project from start to finish so you feel comfortable with who will be developing your property. Once we have come to the end of your project we will complete a snagging list, your project manager will go through this with you to ensure the project is fully ready for completion. You will then receive a 10year guarantee and all completion certificates.
