overall experience was great, same day callout within 3 hours of making the job advert, however the person carrying out the work seemed abit lacking in communication and it just seemed a bit confusing that halfway through a job they go shop for parts i assumed they already had them in van, but despite that they did a very good job just communication felt a bit off
