"I contacted Neals Blinds and Shutters after seeing a recommendation in a local FB group. They responded the day I contacted them to arrange an appointment. William who was friendly and professional, arrived promptly and gave me great advice about choosing and fitting a roller blind for my son's bedroom. 2 weeks later he came back to fit the blind which only took 15mins. The whole process was quick and easy and very reasonable priced. Great service that I highly recommend."
"We needed a blind for our back bedroom and having previously used Neals blinds for our kitchen gave them a call , they came to measure up and sent us the quotation by email the next day , We were very happy with the price , yesterday our blind was fitted and it looks very nice , exactly what we wanted and was fitted with out any mess left behind . Would highly recommend"

I have used William and Morgan for many years, over 3 properties, and can honestly say received fantastic blinds and customer service. In the last half a year, trying to retrieve £500 worth of blinds that they have held in storage, a number of excuses have been given as to why I can’t get them back, or why I can’t have a call back to to discuss further. For the last few days their office phone number has been disconnected, and many unanswered emails. I will be taking this matter through the courts if I cannot get hold of blinds which I have paid for. Hoping for a call back any day
