Leaking roof

Roof cleaning for my 5 bedroom house He left dust everywhere from cleaning the roof.he ruin my new randering and asking me to clean myself.i ask him to come and clean he said he won’t come to clean this for sure and if i wan to leave bad review i can he doesn’t bother.very unprofessional.i will ask everyone to stay away from this guy he is a cowboy.i am gonna raised this issue with my builder.
