Bill was fast to respond to the initial query and experienced enough to diagnose the problems and solutions. His team that came to do the work were competent, fast and tidy. The cost was reasonable.

Bill, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and very professional. I was lucky to have him and his team come to my rescue to address major problems with rising damp and dry rot and renovate. With his expert knowledge and commitment he was determined to resolve underlying problems that were causing the issues. It seemed to me no task was too much or too little, and unlike other bosses, Bill got stuck into the hard labour to make sure things were done thoroughly.
