I rang about a problem and Will came round promptly and sorted it out. He was friendly, very tidy in his work and gave good information. Excellent service.

Great service from start to finish. Communication was responsive, prompt, and good throughout. Will adjusted the locking system on our composite back door and also put the glass back into a window that had previously been changed. Both jobs were completed efficiently, to a high standard, and everything is working perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

Will was fantastic when we locked ourselves out of our house this weekend. He picked up the phone straight away and headed straight to ours after he finished his last job. He was friendly, helpful and professional. He was very clear and transparent with his pricing, which was very reasonable for an emergency job. I was very impressed, and I don’t give out reviews easily!

When my front door wouldn't lock / unlock, I called Will. He arranged to show up same day, even though this meant working out-of-hours, he managed to diagnose the issue over the phone from my limited description, showed up at the agreed upon time and did the whole job in about 15 mins, the door works perfectly now. I really appreciate how quickly it was done, I didn't have to go a single night with a broken door.
