"They arranged for a previously discontinued part to be especially made in Spain to fix the problem. I received constant telephone calls updating me on when they expected delivery and subsequent fitting. Friendly, efficient staff who did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company."

"Booked for a boiler service and was able to get it done the same day. The lady who sorted the booking was very nice and efficient. The job was quick to do and reasonably priced and the guys who came were very nice, polite, efficient and helpful. We were very happy with the service and will be using Norton's Heating for future boiler checks."
