We asked Mark for a quote to install a downstairs toilet and to carry out additional works to an adjacent utility room. The quote received was detailed & thorough with a breakdown showing all costs, the only increase was down to us choosing fittings over the prices allowed for. Mark gave a start date & stayed until completion, turned up promptly each day, very tidy & trustworthy team. He adapted to our requirements as build progressed & suggested solutions as issues cropped up. We had an odd sized door, so he made us a bespoke one to a very high standard. Definitely recommend 5**

Following the installation of a new combi boiler (to replace a 15 year old conventional one), we experienced a water leak due to an increase in water pressure. This resulted in significant damage to the ceiling and walls of our lounge. We chose Nouvell Decor Ltd to complete the restoration, after reading their excellent reviews plus, Mark Garnett’s professionalism during the inspection and quote process. Mark's expertise and thorough approach were evident throughout the project. As often happens with home repairs, the damage was more extensive than expected with the ceiling needing to be opened further to resolve the plumbing issues. Mark and his team completed the repairs, stripped the wall paper and re-plastered/painted the walls and ceiling to a high standard. We also engaged Nouvell to carry out some external work. The end result exceeded our expectations. Mark is a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and excellent communicator, and we highly recommend his services.

Mark and his team did a number of jobs for me including installing damp courses to various walls, plastering, redecorating, tiling and installing a soakaway. From start to finish the work was faultless, done to a extremely high standard and they kept me involved on what was happening at all times. Will be without doubt using Mark again in the future and can now understand why he is in such high demand. Absolutely superb.

Nouvell Decor Ltd painted the front and back of my house and sealed the brickwork, dealt with the damp coursing at the rear of the property, repointed the the paving at the rear of the property, repaired damage to the roof, installed new spot lighting in the kitchen and bathroom, replaced the bath and decorated the bathroom and cracks around the interior. They also sanded and vanished two worktops, repaired my kitchen taps and installed a new shelf. Mark carefully removed the existing bathroom tiles, to remove the bath and reinstalled the tiles perfectly. They tackled the large and small jobs, so that I won't need any further work for a while. Mark also organised chimney sweeps for my open fireplaces who arrived the next day after Nouvell Decor finished all the work without snagging. They arrived on time each day, and cleaned everything up each day before they left. The standard of work was excellent. I highly recommend Nouvell Decor Ltd.
