This meant we didn't have to use an expensive out of hours glazier to fix the issue on Christmas Eve. He then followed up (after Christmas) to find a convenient date to send around one of his team to do the job. The guy he sent was punctual, friendly and professional. A class outfit that I'll definitely be using going forward"

I found the work was done with very little aggravation to my home and morning - the person who did the work was very good and easy to have around he really got on with the work and cleared up well - all very satisfying.
