We fixed a start date and he arrived as planned, made great progress with the work, and completed the job early and beyond out expectations. Highly recommended, and we will certainly be using his services again in the future."
"The guys went out of their way to try to fix the issue, unfortunately, it was not a simple replacement of the element. The tank had sludged up and basically needed replacement. They were brilliant, apologised and didn’t charge as well as offering to find an alternative tradesperson who could deal with such an unwieldy and horribly positioned job without flooding/ruining my ceiling. I was truly impressed with them. I wouldn’t hesitate in hiring them. Even down to excellent speedy communications from the start. Thanks so much boys."
