"Kenny of Open-In Security contacted me an offered a next day PM appointment and sent messages confirming his ETA. Arrived at the time specified and had great communication skills and was extremely knowledgeable! Sods law, my intermittent problem was not apparent at the time of his visit but Kenny applied a lubricant for the time being and to call him if the problem reappeared? It has now been working perfectly!!! He told me there was no charge due to no works being carried out. WELL RECOMMENDED!!!"

He was professional, personable, highly knowledgeable and extremely competent and charged a reasonable price. If locksmith related issues arise in future Open-in will be my go-to. I would recommend to others without reservation!"

The locksmith came round to assess the situation quickly and after negotiating a date and time completed a high quality job.
