Slope Vs terrace landscape solution needed They talk a good talk about offering a good quality, professional service, but this is certainly not my experience. Had a fence, patio and pergola installed by Adam Mitchell and Michael Mackenzie of Oxfordshire Landscape Services in August 2020. Mistakes, flaws in materials and poor workmanship I pointed out along the way were met with "you won't notice after a while". But instead "after a while", more problems are becoming apparent - bigger problems. Especially now the rain has set in. Their attitude towards any issues you refuse to accept about their work is utterly horrifying. I felt intimidated and gaslighted into backing down when I asked for time to get a second opinion before final payment. Great labourers, but don't be fooled into thinking they are more than this. I wish they had the professional integrity to at least acknowledge it and seek the opportunity to improve the quality of their work rather than shirk responsibility. My "idyllic outdoor space" has turned into an impractical nightmare that needs to be almost completely redone. What's more annoying is I still have the original problem briefed (the terraced land my neighbours have vs my slope) and have to find an alternative solution. I wouldn't hire them again, or recommend them, even for the smallest job.

New fencing and gate for bottom of garden OLS have just finished replacing our fencing and gate, and what a great job they have done despite coming across unseen obstacles, e.g concrete and bricks buried underground, and in unbearable heat. Well done. Would highly recommend this company. Always been friendly from start to finish, and made sure we were happy at every stage of construction. Thank you guys. Sue O, Carterton.
