"Lee was extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem with the old air conditioning unit and provided a written quotation to supply and fit a well known brand at a good price. The job was done a few days later. Lee is very good at responding quickly to texts and emails, which I find is so different than other companies. The very pleasant engineer who fitted it, was very quick, friendly and cleaned up after the job. I would definitely recommend Oxley Electrical."

Detailed reviews
Shockingly poor levels of customer service both before and after the engineer (who was excellent) serviced our two air con units. Messages sent requesting a service were ignored until prompts on Facebook elicited a response. The Friday appointment was cancelled that morning and rearranged for the following Tuesday. Nobody turned up. Messages and an email asking what was happening were ignored. Booked again and the service happened. Bill was paid immediately it was received. The day after payment, I have had messages and an email urging me to pay the bill. Doubt I’ll use them again.
