"Phil has worked at the Almshouse for years carrying out a variety of repairs and improvements. Having recently become Clerk I can see why the residents and former Clerk speak so highly of him. His work is exemplary and his communication outstanding. Keeping our residents happy, ensuring they are content to have him around and assisting with advice whenever asked results in me having no hesitation in giving him a glowing review here. The attention he pays to the residents' safety and well being is exceptional. I have no hesitation in recommending him, but make sure he still has time for us!"
