"3 ancient fire doors removed, disposed of, and replaced with fully-spec'ed new ones. All 3 doors fitted with closers (my choice - it's a domestic property, so wasn't necessary). Paul was quick to visit & quote, offering a few useful options. Turned-up promptly and completed job successfully. Polite & engaging! Would definitely use again."
