"Re plaster complete house top to bottom, fit new bathroom and re tile, fit new kitchen doors and tile floor,build new patio, repair damp to front and rear of house, re fit all new carpentry work We moved into our Victorian house in September 2010. The house was in good condition but needed updating from top to bottom, re-plastering throughout and as the bathroom was based downstairs a new toilet installed upstairs. Work commenced in January 2011 when Peter set to work re-plastering our front bedroom and converting our third bedroom into a bedroom/toilet/lobby area. Peter also renewed all the skirting and hung new doors throughout the house for us. We were very impressed with the standard of Peter's work and we decided to continue our renovations on our middle bedroom and hallway. Our hallway has a drop of 20 feet from top to bottom. He also laid a patio for us, re-pointing, rendering and waterproofing the external brickwork. In our kitchen he replaced all the cabinet doors/drawers and laid a tiled floor for us. We also had our downstairs bathroom gutted and Peter and his team fit a new bathroom for us, overcoming several problems, including drainage along the way. He also re-plastered our front room and laid laminate flooring. Peter is very much multi-talented and we trust him 100%. He always gives 110% to the work he carries out and he has had some great ideas, which we took on board. He has turned our house into a home. He took a lot of worry away from us. He is a good communicator, outlining what the steps for doing a job would be and then a daily update of the work done and the work planned for the following day."
"Converted the garage to study including fitting new window, insulating the walls and roof, plastering throughout, removing wall in main house, fitting new supporting beam and plastering I had planned two specific building jobs at my home. Firstly to remove an internal supportive wall between our kitchen and dining room. The second part was to convert our garage into an office/third reception room. Peter carried out all pre-building work very thoroughly, checking position of all current electrical and plumbing services were safe. Through out both jobs, Peter and his team proved to be very methodical, conscientious and hard working but not only that very tidy workers. Before, during and after both projects, we have been very happy with the work carried out. The end result was finished to a very high standard and on schedule. I would certainly employ Peter again and would recommend Peter to anyone considering both building and plastering work."
