"Excellent response,good price, on time, front drive was completed to a good standard so we had additional work done to the rear patio at the same time, this work was a bit rushed and now I see it was not really thought out well as there are bits and pieces everywhere, could have been better. Having said that the front drive had a few (5) blocks subside slightly so I sent Jim some photos and asked if he could pop back in his own time to tidy them up, waited a week no reply do re-sent the messsge to which he replied that he was now working in Berlin for 2 years. £7k Job and no warranty"
