"No one likes having to pay for a new boiler but at least it got me back heating and hot water. And Charlie and the team at Pavilion Plumbing and Heating are always reliable and helpful. When the boiler broke on the Friday afternoon I left a message for Charlie and we corresponded by text about what was likely wrong (repressuring hadn't worked), he came over Monday and sadly found the boiler doubly broken and beyond any guarantee/manufacturer repair, The new one was installed on the Wednesday. Not a fun experience for me but would have been much worse without having Pavilion to call on."
