Artur has been in the construction industry since his arrival to UK in 2002, running his own business since 2006 and being a main contractor since 2011. When Artur starts working with a new client he explains the whole process and he issues a work programme (gantt chart), he schedules weekly/bi-weekly meetings on site and he works closely to his clients to resolve any issues that might arise during project, every step is talked about and his client are involved as much as possible during the process. The projects that excite Artur the most are those where the client is open to explore different possibilities and is willing to be guided through the process with the common purpose of finding the best solution that reflects their taste, personality and needs. Being a people person, clients like to work with Artur because of his technical competences as well as because of his communication skills. Artur and his team make sure that a long and sometimes stressful experience like a full home renovation becomes as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Artur guides his clients through the whole process and explains the consequences of each option and choice they are facing. Peridot Design puts emphasis on "working together”, making sure the client feels part of the team as everyone involved is going towards the same direction.
