Dean was very professional and thorough. He explained everything to me and was very kind and reassuring as I was shocked and anxious about finding a rat in my garden. He made three visits and he always let me know the days and times he would be coming. The equipment he used was very effective and solved my problem promptly. He investigated all areas of my garden and gave me some background knowledge which was very helpful. I would highly recommend Dean and his company and I feel I have my sanity and sanctuary restored.
