Review coverage and highlights
No mess, polite, well mannered workers. I would recommend Peter Cox without hesitation.
Surveyor Scott and electrician Larry were extremely helpful, they gave very good advice and explained everything thoroughly. Work was completed extremely quickly. I would definitely recommend Peter Cox.
Be warned. My quote was in access of £3000.00. Naturally, I believed this to be a week of work and a team of 2 or 3. However: Day one - 2 Guys arrive, one to hold the ladder, a pot of water-repellent cream and 2 hours work? I was charged for a tower but this was not provided or used. Day Two - 1 Guy arrived, 1 days work for the inside. The finish on the inside looks like it is a mist coat and looks like it is waiting for the finish coat to go on. It is patchy and there is no cutting in. I have complained but appear to be getting fobbed off and as such not only do I feel as though I have been scammed and completely ripped off but I feel the quality assurance is non-existent. You decide to use the big companies because you expect a level of quality and customer support. To date, I don't feel either of these basics of business are apparent.

Perry Spang called to my house last week to assess some penetrating damp. He identified the causing factor quickly and explained how to address the problem. Great service.
