“Used these guys recently for a small kitchen project involving wall removal with RSJ installation . It was a very simple and smooth process from start to finish . They gave great advice and were happy to make changes along the way . All of the team that visited my home left it very clean inside and out , every time . At one point I commented they left it cleaner than when they started ! Really pleased with the work and would strongly recommend to anyone .”

The whole team were friendly and professional throughout. They were patient with our "good ideas" and really supportive in bringing them to life. I had an outstanding experience working with Asset Loft on my rear extension and ground floor refurbishment project. From start to finish, the professionalism and support provided by Terry and his team were exceptional. Right from our first conversation, Terry stood out as the only builder willing to give me a ballpark figure, which was invaluable in helping me plan and manage my budget. As someone new to building projects, this guidance made a world of difference. The journey progressed seamlessly, from the initial site visit and architect drawings to planning approval, structural drawings, and building control. The coordination of the building team were handled with utmost professionalism. Throughout the entire process, Terry’s team maintained proactive communication and offered timely updates. I am incredibly grateful to Terry and his team for creating a safe and cozy home for my family. I wholeheartedly recommend Asset Loft to anyone looking for a reliable building company.

The entire experience has been so much better than I expected. I converted my garage to a utility room and in front I added a large entrance room. I used Asset lofts for all the work including architect drawings and planning permission which made my life easier. From meeting Charlie who presented the company exceedingly well to Shane and his team who worked on the building everyone was so helpful and professional and I felt in safe hands. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone starting a building project.
Loft conversion
Terry and Charlie and their team carried out a hip to gable loft conversion for me on my bungalow. From start to finish the experience wasn’t perfect. Punctual, tidy and also respected the neighbours.

The work was done to a very high standard. The builders were efficient, courteous and skilful. We were given clear and accurate advice throughout the process and constructive suggestions when issues arose along the way. Over the moon with the kitchen that was recently installed by Graham Aldons on behalf of Asset Lofts. Graham and his team fitted my entire kitchen from the the electrics, flooring, appliances and cupboards and everything was done to the highest standards. They were reliable and totally committed to the job which is hard to find these days. I would highly recommend Asset Lofts to anyone that needs reliable, top rate builders.

The floor was sealed and raised with full insulation and an electric heated floor fitted that I then had tiled. Terry spec'd the job and gave a fair quote and started on tine as agreed. His main builder, Shane, was superb, full of creative suggestions, and he and his team worked professionally - the trades he brought in (carpenter, plumber and electrician) were the same. Highly recommend.
