Pg plumbing and heating

Disconnect and Dispose of Gas oven /Hob I was let down over several months by around x3 Gas Safe Engineers regarding disconnecting and disposing of my old Gas Oven and Hob. Pete from PG Plumbing simply got the job done within a few days of the request in December and capped off the area, checked the Gas Meter. Was extremely grateful, would recommend and would hire again.

I have to say, he's whole manner was really good and friendly, because of him we had heating for Christmas. Good bloke and fair price all round. Leaking pipe Pete fixed the leak from the wrong place and failed to state there was a bucket full of water left behind the counter leaking from a stop cock. Had to call another plumber to resolve the issue. Money grabber. (Updated on 16 Dec 2025) Answer from tradesperson: This job was done nearly a year ago and the leak was from the appliance, I completely replaced all the solvent weld pipework to resolve a separate waste issue practically free of charge, the stop cock was never isolated or touched,i was there within 5 minutes of the job being posted may I add and your review was very positive for 11 months Nearly a year later you get another leak, call someone else and adjust my review, disgusting behaviour shaz Reply edited 25 Dec 2025

Flush on toilet not working Pete immediately called as soon as I posted the job and then came to look first thing the next morning (on a Sunday). He then returned twice more to fix the toilets, at all times keeping in touch and being responsive. Wasn’t the cheapest but the efficiency, experience and professionalism of the work made it worth it.

Phenomenal plumber We’ve had Pete into do the plumbing works for our new kitchen. We literally cannot recommend him enough. He turns up on when he says he will, his work is impeccable, he’s clean and tidy, knowledgeable and charges a fair price! Heating instal Pete recently replaced our old heating system and we couldn’t recommend him highly enough! He always turned up when he said he would and got back to us very quickly anytime we messaged or emailed with a question or query, he was very tidy and we are extremely happy with the end result!
