"Patio slabs moving and holes digging The work was completed beyond expectations in a timely and professional manner. Danny is very personable and did a great job. It was the sort of heavy work I had been putting off for the last year - Danny and his colleague managed to complete it in two days! The effort and time required were slightly more than I initially anticipated but this was all discussed and agreed upon before work commenced. Overall, I am very happy with the work that has been completed and the services I received from R&D Maintenance."

Slab side of house (walkway) which joins onto garden patio Made me hire a skip. However never turned up to the job and has changed his contact number. Such a shame as a he was a lovely guy to speak to. Anyway I have now found someone else to do the job

Garden patio Absolutely 100% totally pleased with the ending, highly recommend him to anybodies work,trust worthy, made me feel really comfortable 😀 I would definitely ask him again if I need anything doing
New rear wall. Very happy with the work done by Ryan and his team.Good communication and knowledge advising the best solution to the problem. They arrived on time and worked very well together, were very professional removing a large amount of soil, rebuilding the single wall with double skin wall.The property was left spotlessly clean with all soil removed and the patio cleaned down.Would defiantly recommend this company.

Small garden clearing Ricky was very efficient and helpful. Great communication, friendly and I felt very comfortable having him at my home. Helped me think through options & decide on what would work best for my garden and budget. Great job! Would highly recommend! ☺️

Small plastering job for a big hearted plasterer Ricky I brilliant 👏 He was at my house the next day to look at the job and quote. He was doing the job 3 days later. I left him there with my doggy - He is genuine and trustworthy, tidy and did a fabulous job - 10 out of 10!
Interior iron railing fixture reinforcement required Ricky has just repaired our leaking roof. He was professional and has done a great job. We have now booked him to decorate the damage caused by our leaking roof.
Paint exterior of 4 bed house We cannot speak highly enough of Sue & Lyndon of Reline Maintenance. The project expanded in scope to include not only the painting of the exterior of our 4 bedroom house, but also: * The painting of the internal and external aspect of a garden wall * The painting of the internal and external aspect of approx. 25m of garden fence * Fixing of two damaged patches of render * Fitting of a down pipe to a single story garage conversion All of the work was completed to an incredibly high standard and in a very favourable time frame. In addition, Sue and Lyndon were a pleasure to speak to. Some of the work necessitated acquiring permission from neighbours to operate from their land, Sue and Lyndon organised everything with those neighbours, once engaged in the project, nothing was a problem for them and they couldn’t be more accommodating to our requests. A fantastic service provided by great people.
Skim ceiling Very good service. Friendly, punctual, clean and tidy finish. I'd recommend.
Peeling Bathroom Tile Really decent honest guy, turned up when he said he would, he was quick to reply to my messages and we're very happy with the work he's completed for us. I will definitely be using Ricky again for future work.
Interior painting Fabulous finish, very easy to work with, & hard working professionals - I’d recommend Reline maintenance for any jobs you need large or small!
Whole house needs painting before moving in Sue and Lyndon did a wonderful job painting our house. They work to a very high standard and were able to give advice on what paints they recommend. They were a reasonable price, friendly and reliable. I would 100% recommend.
