Leak on new outside toilet Lee was excellent ! Polite and certainly knew his job. I was reluctant to use anyone off the web, but this man proved me wrong. Lee replied within a minute of posting my job, asked for a few photos and gave me a price immediately. We arranged a time and his work was excellent, a true gent. I shall certainly use him again. And besides having to go and fetch some components he kept to his original price. Top marks Lee !!!

Intermittently running Conceala 2 toilet cistern Lee got in touch and arranged for two lovely plumbers to pop round the next day to fix my mother's intermittently running cistern as I do not live with her. Derwent Macdee syphon in toilet needs replacing Lee responded quickly and was able to come the following day. Phoned twice to let us know he was running late due to traffic (not many do that in my experience). Although the job was not the most difficult, it was done quickly and accurately with the minimum of fuss. Lee is very polite and efficient - a true professional.
