"When Shahid contacted us initially explained what needed to be done after me sending a video about the issue, he arrived this morning . Appointment was scheduled in for 11am but he kindly called asked if be okay to come earlier which was more than fine. He came with part and knew exactly what was needed and had already given a price so knew what we was expecting rather than a shock bill at end of it. He’s a very polite friendly man who I felt like I had known for years more like an old friend , would definitely recommend and gladly use him again."
