Excellent service from initial phone call to the finishing touches of the work. Job took slightly longer than advertised but no doubting the quality of the work of the tradesmen. Very minor teething troubles upon completion, which can happen on any job, were swiftly dealt with. All in all, a very professional company.

The staff and the various workmen we had attend our home from Precise, were very polite, friendly and knowledgeable of the work they were doing. They communicated well with us and made sure we had input in what we wanted the overall job to look like when it was finished. We had walls taken down and one of the walls had to be rebuilt, but not to the ceiling. Which was a first for them, so they felt they learned something new. This was to allow our sons hoist to pass through from bedroom to wet room. They did a fantastic job. I felt the workmen were trustworthy and we felt comfortable leaving them in our home when we had to leave to go to work and various appointments. They were also the cheapest quote we had, by thousands of pounds. However, we felt from meeting them and before receiving our quote that they were the right ones to be doing the adaptation works in our home and felt confident to be allowing them to continue.

We had wet room installed and old bathroom suit fully removed and we were very satisfied with the high quality job that was completed within 5 days. Fittings and materials were of high quality and a lot of care and attention to detail was taken to create a wetroom that exceeded our expectations. Excellent quality of workmanship and highly professional and friendly team that went out of their way to help and answer any questions. Great communication and support, both pre and post-installation, and team were on time everyday. We were never left without a toilet overnight and the job was very well coordinated between different professionals. The wetroom has made an enormous difference to our quality of life and we couldn't be more pleased with the work of Precise Installs.

I cannot express enough how pleased I am with the work carried out by Precise Installs on our full garage conversion into a bedroom and wet room for our disabled daughter, our new boiler and the transformation of our WC.
