They were able to fit us earlier than expected which was very good as found that our Boiler had never had a service, Karl was very professional and was determined to get our boiler serviced properly even though this meant having to leave to find parts as they were not very common given the age of our boiler. Karl got the boiler serviced properly. Very happy with his work, he kept us informed the whole way through which puts us at ease. He was very friendly, kept the workspace tidy. Would use again, thank you"

First class knowledge, service and communication from Karl - who's also a really good bloke!
Karl had good communication skills notifying us of time to get there. They were able to fit us earlier than expected which was very good as found that our Boiler had never had a service, Karl was very professional and was determined to get our boiler serviced properly even though this meant having to leave to find parts as they were not very common given the age of our boiler. Karl got the boiler serviced properly. Very happy with his work, he kept us informed the whole way through which puts us at ease. He was very friendly, kept the workspace tidy. Would use again, thank you
