"Good points: kitchen unit & flooring installation, painting, tiling, good communication, willingness to include additional work, speedy return to rectify issues. It felt like the job was a little rushed towards the end with grouting & mastic messy where not in plain sight, new sockets left scratched, and being unable to fit the new tap and waste tightly as he felt it didn't fit. This haste could have been because I asked for some additional work which he fitted in, BUT he returned promptly to resolve issues without quibble (except the tap), so on balance, yes I would recommend him."
