Pro Build Contractors was founded by experienced builder Chris Janeczek in 2005. PBC are renowned for exceeding clients’ expectations and delivering high quality home renovations. We specialise in loft conversions and extensions, all the way up to full property refurbishments. We love working with high spec projects of any style, from ultra modern houses to more traditional homes. We often cooperate closely with interior designers and architects on our projects. What makes PBC unique is the care we invest in each of our projects. We work almost exclusively in Richmond and the surrounding neighbourhoods, meaning that owner Chris is hands-on throughout each project. From the initial site visit and quote, to regular site visits and progress updates, Chris builds a close relationship and remains in constant communication with every client. Over the past 13 years the business has grown steadily as a result of the reputation we have in the South-West of London.
