"The job entailed the strip out and partial demolition of a Listed Property on Eaton Square in Belgravia and from the outset it was smooth sailing with John and his team. I found his pricing very competative but it was his positive and enthusuatic attitude as well as being rather knowledgable. There were complexities too as the property is on the Grosvenor Estate and there was a weekly visit by their appointed Clerk of Works, which John dealt with smoothly and efficiently. The works progressed without a hitch and even more was instructed into the scope without the programme requiring alteration"

John and his team priced the job very reasonably and albeit not the chepaest of the quotes, certainly seemed and has proved to be the most competent. He is always on hand if there is a query and no problem is too big to resolve. I have enjoyed dealing with him and his team as they are all very friendly and trustworthy. The quality of the workmanship, from full rewire, gas mods, new doors and frames throughout alterations, plastering and finishes are all fantatstic. Could not recommend more highly."
