From the initial visit where Mike put on shoe protection to avoid bringing dirt into the house. Then giving a quote (which is a fixed price), rather than an estimate (which could change). The communication was good. They only dropped 1 point as on the commencement of the job they were an hour late, and a simple phone call explaining the delay would have been fine. The job was completed in the agreed timescale and left tidy."
