"Mark and Russ did an excellent job in replacing an ageing air conditioning system with a new Toshiba system serving three bedrooms and the lounge. A detailed written quote was provided promptly after visiting the house and all subsequent questions answered clearly and quickly. Mark and Russ were polite and helpful throughout the installation which was completed on-time and to a very high standard. Their tidiness throughout was first class and and the operation of the equipment was explained thoroughly and clearly once everything was complete. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending."

The installation was started in August 2023 and paid for in full. The 1 day job was not completed, and although I was left with functioning air con, the control unit was left hanging by a wire from the ceiling. I was informed by Mark that they would return to finish the job. I have tried to contact them several times over the past few months by text, phone and email and have been ignored.
