"Outstanding service throughout"
"The plan for installation of my Boiler had to be adapted on the day. The PRS engineer, Keith, explained everything and got on with the new plan. As a result he worked a long long day including quite some time working externally in the increasing cold. Despite an important personal appointment that evening he said quite simply that he was not leaving until we had heating and hot water. It was only on my insistence that he left at that point to return the following day to clear everything up and fully hand over. It was a first class job by a first class engineer and a great ambassador for PRS"

So the warranty offered is now useless . So now reliant on the 2 x year Manufacturers Warranty as PRS did not register the Boiler after Installation . I will be taking Legal Advice ."

Outstanding service throughout
