Multi jobs I wouldn't bother,with these left in a real mess, don't think they know how ,to do things,or get someone else to finsh off (Updated on 29 Dec 2023) Answer from tradesperson: Good evening, we have attempted to address the concerns via phone, email and in person. First and foremost, we have been met with aggression and verbal abuse at all instances. We completed the project to best of our ability with the products that were purchased. Because of the issues with said products, they had to be modified to fit into the kitchen area. The issues came from the fact there was no plans whatsoever for the kitchen renovation. 95% of the rubbish was from the client moving properties, which we are are not contracted to dispose of. I did offer to have the last bits removed but the client has made the environment so hostile, this has not been possible. We worked 6/7 days a week on the project, supported with deliveries, even to a point of still working to gone 9pm on a Saturday evening. We also completed extra jobs, ie laying the kitchen floor, to which we are still awaiting payment for this and the outstanding. To end, we have tried everything possible to solve the concerns, but the situation has become so verbally abusive and hostile, I absolutely refuse for myself or my team to enter the property.
