I paid most of the agreed total fee on 4 July 2020. More than 2 years on Rhian has only completed about 20% of the work. There was a delay on my side as he said the floor needed to be prepared in order for him to fit the rest. However, for the majority of the time since I paid I have been chasing Rhian to come and do most of the job.He occasionally answers messages, when he generally promises to come and do the job soon, but no promises regarding when the job will be done have been met, and he does not get in touch to give a new date to start.This has caused me huge inconvenience and delays
