"Sadly a very negative review for this genteman of 40+ years experience. He quoted £58,275 for the work but the staircase he designed, built and installed did not allow safe ascend/descend. Twice it failed Building Control requirements.He admitted it was incorrect but said he would only replace it at a cost to us of £8,000. He also invoiced us for "extras" totalling £9,250 which either do not fit or we have not seen. Other aspects are too bad to put in this review. Not somebody we want back so we will have to get a staircase elsewhere at significant cost and distress."
