Very good quality, very happy with the price and the time taken
The Job went very well. Rica communicated well throughout the process and the quality of his work was excellent. He was clean and tidy as he completed the job and he delivered everything he said he would in his quote to a high standard. I would definitely recommend R&M Fast Construction for any job.

Job went very well, Rica was very helpful and when he realised the job was more simple he only carried out the work required instead of doing unnecessary work and lowered his price to reflect the work carried out. Will definitely use again IF required, would definitely recommend.
Quickly done
The Good: fast, tidy and generally good standard in terms of tiling, grouting. The Bad: should spend some extra moments to complete job correctly like fit tile correctly around socket so that I can actually get the socket back on properly? I mean why not just do it correct in first instance? Didn't use decorator caulk to finish nicely the job, said it is painters job? Door did not fit again as needed trimming, left door on side and didn't mention until I asked VERY BAD: did NOT water check new shower trap connection to existing pipework. We had leak and refused to help with payment to repair
Rica did the work at a weekend to suit me, because he had been initially delayed from the agreed date by a sprained ankle. He briefly pointed out all the reasons why issues with the house made it difficult, then just got on and did the jobs quickly and effectively for the agreed price. I recommend him.
I recently hired Rica for my kitchen renovation project, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Rica was punctual, professional, and incredibly skilled. The finished tiling work is nothing short of perfection. Every tile is aligned perfectly, and the grouting is expertly done. The transformation of my space is incredible, thanks to his skill and expertise. I highly recommend Rica to anyone seeking top-notch tiling services.
