"Great service from start to finish. They provided honest advice and were competitively priced. The guys were friendly and really tidy and considerate to my ground floor neighbours. Very happy with the job and would highly recommend Vale roofing."
"Work was carried out on 19/08/15 on the flat roof as agreed with Mr Ryan, as per his guidance. Prior to that, whenever I called he would always call back within 10-12 minutes, if he was busy, then he will call back the next day to address my concerns. An agreed payment was sent with a letter on the 16/09/15, mentioning that some tidying and cleaning was not done, our next door neighbour had complained about this, I also reminded him that our agreed guarantee had not arrived. I phoned him for non-receipt of guarantee 01/10/15, he called back on the 02/10/15 and confirmed send it to me in the post. Finally I received it on the 29/10/15, I called the trader on the 02/11/15 to confirm receipt, but also to query the fact that the guarantee was for 10 years only and not 15 years as agreed I left Messages on his landline. It was a simple request to make a call and does not take long, prior to this I called him on 3 separate occasions, his did not call back. My perception of Ryan has now changed. I Believe that now he has got his payment, he see no need to respond to my problem on the roof."
"Ryan and his team replaced my old felt flat roof on a dormer with an EPDM rubber roof. They kept me informed every step, and the area they worked in was actually tidier after they cleared up than before they started (very happy). Their work was spot on and I went up and inspected it before they left. He also took the time to explain in detail exactly what was done. I would definitely use them again without question."
